I woke up this morning to find everything blue,
and I didn’t have a single clue,
so I went to the doctors to check my eyes,
and found out that everything they said were lies.
I looked in the mirror to look at myself,
and I was shocked so I knocked everything off the shelf.
I went to bed thinking this was a dream,
but when I woke up, everything was green!
So I went to the police saying that someone was hurting me,
but they said that I should be able to see,
and that nobody was doing anything to me.
I went home that night tempted not to go to bed,
and when the clock struck 12am everything went red.
“I knew I was right, I don’t care what they said!
It was the clock the whole time! There’s nobody hurting me in bed!”
So I destroyed the clock. I smashed it to bits.
It was loud and reminded me of a baby having fits.
Not long after, I heard sirens and I hid in the backyard, behind the shed,
and soon, they found me and told me that there was something wrong with my head.
“NO. NO. THERE’S NOTHING WRONG WITH MY HEAD!
Everything is red!
I’m telling the truth, I SWEAR!!!!”
They grabbed me, and cuffed me, drove me to a strange place.
I can’t explain what it looked like, because I was then blindfolded,
but I know what I heard,
it was no normal sound.
It was hundreds of men saying “word!”
and the bark of a hound,
