Uncle Larry and I participated in another 5K race today, the Pumpkin Spice 5K. It took us 1 hour and 18 minutes, and I walked 12,000 steps! It went really well for the first hour, but then I started to slow down because I’m a slow walker. Still, I finished it! Here are 3 pictures, check it out:

Ian, along with many others, attended the 5K race.

Uncle Larry and I are almost to the finish line!

Pumpkin Spice 5K Long-Sleeve T-Shirt! I like it! It’s also Columbia Light Green!
There is another one coming, Friends 5K Run/Walk benefiting Friends of the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center & Research Institute. I’ll try to go! Here is the information about the upcoming 5K race: Link
Good job Ian. Your dedication and determination set a great example for us all. I can’t wait for the next one. I might start losing my baby fat if I keep racing with you!
You are an inspiration, Ian. I love that you do these races with Uncle Larry as well. It is important to stay active. Bravo!
