Pixie stayed low on her cat tree perch,
The higher spots just didn’t work.
I should’ve bought a medium instead,
But she’s still cozy in her bed.
Pixie was sleeping snug in bed,
With a blanket resting overhead.
Warm and peaceful, quiet and deep,
Living her best life fast asleep.
We went to Five Guys for lunch that day,
The fries were huge in every way!
I ordered small, but what a surprise—
There were way too many of those fries!
Mom and I went to Outback to dine,
Shrimp pasta tasted simply fine!
The sauce was messy, that was true,
But every bite was worth it, too.
Mom tried something new that day,
It was just okay, I’d have to say.
A casserole fresh from the oven’s heat,
Classic comfort that’s hard to beat.
Capriotti’s came up next in line,
An Italian sub—so fresh, so fine!
Packed with flavor from end to end,
A tasty meal I’d recommend.
Uncle Larry and I went out to eat,
Bob Evans pancakes—chocolate sweet!
With sausage links right on the side,
And sugar-free syrup poured with pride.
Something different, nice to try,
It left me feeling satisfied!
Mom and I ordered Domino’s that night,
Messy but tasty—it still felt right!
Hot pizza slices, cheesy and good,
With red pepper flakes, just as they should.
For lunch I had a salad, too,
With tuna mixed the way I knew.
Mayo dressing, rich and smooth,
Habanero beef sticks hit the groove!
We went to see Fantastic Four,
But honestly… it was a bore.
A five out of ten—that’s my score,
Not one I’d rush to see once more.
We saw Superman on the big screen,
This one was fun, exciting, and clean.
A better movie from start to end,
One I’d happily recommend!
